Prairie Independence Care Co. is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our team!

We are currently hiring for:
• Casual
• Part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time

We provide private in-home care for seniors in the community, helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes.

Requirements:
• Health Care Aide certificate considered an asset, but not mandatory
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Updated Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Persons Check required
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must genuinely enjoy working with seniors

Availability:
• Evening availability required
• Ability to work 1–2 weekends per month

Experience in home care, personal care homes, hospitals, or community support work is considered an asset.
