A quick heads-up for our monitoring clients.

Beginning October 1, 2026, the Province of B.C. will require 7% PST to be charged on security alarm monitoring services.

As a result, you may notice PST added to your monitoring invoice beginning this fall.

For those interested in the details, the Province has information under “Security alarm monitoring services” on its PST on Security Services page.
