Our Braised Beef Short Ribs are slow-cooked for hours by our Chef, allowing the meat to become incredibly tender and full of flavour.

Made with short ribs from Chilako Meats, roasted chestnut mushrooms from PG Shroomery, and fresh peashoots from Aspen Hill Farm, this dish brings together some of the best local ingredients Prince George has to offer.
