When it comes to attracting talent and investment, affordability matters—and Prince George delivers.

While housing prices across British Columbia have remained relatively flat in 2025, affordability continues to be a challenge in urban centres like Vancouver, Victoria, and Kelowna, where average home prices remain significantly higher 1. In contrast, Prince George offers some of the most affordable housing in the province, making it an ideal location for both individuals and businesses looking to establish long-term roots.

In a province where affordability is elusive, Prince George stands out as a city where business and lifestyle align—without the premium price tag.

Opportunity for the hashtag Prince George Business Community!

The World Trade Centre Vancouver, in partnership with the Prince George Chamber of Commerce, is bringing a half-day, in-person CUSMA compliance workshop to Prince George, designed specifically for B.C. exporters navigating cross-border trade.

CUSMA, the trilateral trade agreement that replaced NAFTA, introduced new compliance rules around tariffs, tax remission, and origin documentation. Staying up to date is essential to maintain preferential access and avoid costly penalties.

Whether you’re an export-ready SME, trade professional, or business owner, this workshop will equip you with the tools and knowledge to strengthen compliance and reduce risk.
