We are receiving a large number of bids and truly appreciate all the support for our auctions. However, we have recently experienced numerous situations where winning bidders are not picking up their items.
This is unfair to other bidders who were interested in the items, and it is also unfair to our staff and volunteers who dedicate many hours to creating a great auction experience for everyone.
The following process has been implemented:
1.) If you are unable to pick up your item during the scheduled pickup times outlined in the auction rules, you must make arrangements for pickup within 1 week of the original pickup date.
2.) If an item is not picked up within the allotted time, the bidder will receive a strike.
3.) After receiving 2 strikes, the bidder will be contacted by Management and advised that one additional strike will result in being blocked from participating in future auctions for a period of 1 year.
