Start your weekend feeling strong, centred, and energized.
Join us for Mat Pilates—an invigorating practice that balances strength and flexibility while improving posture, endurance, and overall body awareness. Each class gradually introduces you to the fundamentals of Pilates mat work in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Join Melanie of Mindful Movement with Melanie for a beautiful evening of Yoga + Harp at You + Me Studio Saturday, April 20th from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Come enjoy an evening of Yoga and live music. You will be greeted with warm herbal tea and the soothing sound of the harp, by local harpist Dilys Williams. The class will begin with some energizing pranayama. You will then flow into some Vinyasa sequences focusing on opening up the hips and heart, followed by nourishing restorative postures. The class will close with a guided visual meditation and relaxing savasana.
