6 Ways to Give Fewer F***s:
1. Build resilience
Resilient people turn towards pain to deal with it. Fragile people turn away from pain and suffer more.
The trick is to develop unshakable resilience in yourself for all those times life throws you s**t. You need to know where to give your f***s when there's a problem.
2. Master your emotions
Emotions are the driving force in every aspect of our lives: our relationships, our work, our health, our hopes, our fears, and our dreams.
And so if we don’t have a handle on our own emotional s**t, your f***s start flying everywhere and it does a lot of damage.
3. Find a purpose
You need a sense of direction, a guiding force that helps you through all the obstacles and barriers life puts in your way.
For this, the way you live your life needs to be aligned with everything you give a f**k about, no more, no less.
4. Have healthy relationships
Relationships should never be a source of stress and pain in your life. That requires too many f***s.
Instead, the people you invite into your life should be a source of strength and meaning for you.
5. Challenge your beliefs
While most people just kind of believe what they believe and that’s it, the great thinkers and innovators of the world all have one thing in common: they know how and when to change their own minds in order to allocate f***s accordingly.
6. Good life habits
You want to build a better life for yourself? I'm telling you, it starts with habits.
Real change can only come from a change in habits. Bad habits create problems, good habits can make you way less of an awful human.
