omputerized embroidery? also called Computer-controlled embroidery or simply machine embroidery is a kind of Computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM).
Q3: What is your brand name? It will depend on your requests; Your logo will be customized on our products. Q5: Do you have different sizes of hoop? Yes, we have different sizes of hoop depending on what material you will use in embroidery. But you will pay additional charge for that hoop. Q6: How many hoops come with the embroidery machine? There are different sizes of hoop but only one size is included in the package, you will pay additional fee depending on the size you need.
Q7: What garments can you stitch with the embroidery machine? Any fabric that will fit under the needle of the machine. It is applicable in clothes, bags, patches, hat, shoes and flat embroidery. You can stitch logo, names, or any designs that will fit under the machine board.
Q8: How many needles are there to use the embroidery machine? Needles consist of 9, 12 and 15 needles.
Q9: How to install and use the embroidery machine? We have the English teaching manual and videos. All the videos about every step of machine disassembly, assembly, operation will be sent to our customers. We also have community center page that you can visit and join forum for more creative and sharing ideas.
Q10: Will the machine operate automatically? Yes, HustlEmbro has automatic stitching routine that does not require to watch during stitching. The machine will automatically start and stop and will trim the excess thread if necessary. Please note that you should still heck on your embroidery periodically to ensure nothing needs your attention.
Q11: How is your technical support ? We provide lifetime online support through Fb page/Whatsapp/ Email. Any problem after delivery, we will offer you video call anytime, our engineer will also go to oversea help our customers if necessary.
Q12: Are embroidery machines hard to use? It’s not difficult to use, we have instructional videos, you can watch if you don’t understand
