We are currently accepting applications for a Home Share Coordinator in our Kamloops Region!
This position is for those interested in a healthy, active, team approach work environment. The position is multifaceted in scope, but centres on an overall goal of home sharing as a means to enhance the quality of life for the Individuals Receiving Services and promoting continuity of care. The Home Share Program provides support within the set values of the organization. It includes but not limited to, promoting, screening, processing, matching, facilitating, training, supporting, monitoring, problem solving, and meeting set standards.
The position available is 30 hours per week.

∙Provides relief to other Home Share Coordinators in their absence
∙Participates in 24-hour emergency on-call rotation with other Home Share Coordinators
Education and Experience:
∙BSW/RN/RPN or similar educational background
∙Valid Class 5 BC Drivers Licence
∙Clear Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check for working with vulnerable adults
∙Mandt (non-violent crisis intervention) training or equivalent
∙Knowledge of program delivery
∙Counselling training preferred
∙Valid Emergency Level First Aid Certificate with Adult CPR component
∙Three (3) to five (5) years' recent, related experience
∙Contract interpretation knowledge and experience
∙Administrative and supervisory experience
∙Experience in crisis management
∙Experience working with funding agencies
∙Experience facilitating working groups
∙Experience managing finances
∙Proposal development experience an asset
