This boiler in the US allegedly had the low water cut-off bypassed. The feed water pump apparently quit or shut off. Efforts were being made to try and get water into this boiler but were unsuccessful thankfully. Adding water to a boiler in this condition surely would have led to an explosion. Thankfully they were able to shut it down although the boiler sustained significant damage…. 😅
