We are looking for a part time or full time employee. We need someone to help us with the daily work load of both CMF Elite Properties and our other business South Sask Foam and Coatings.

Some of the things we do are as follows:

Carpentry
Residential & Commercial Construction & Renovations
Spray Foam Insulation
Cork Parging and Stucco
Rental Property maintenance and yard care

The successful applicant must have the following:

Valid drivers license
Vehicle to get to work
Can’t be afraid of heights
Willing to learn
Be able to work well with others and take instruction

Don't let this happen to you. Garage door maintenance is always overlooked by just about every home owner until it's to late. If your lucky the door will fail with your vehicle outside and not stuck inside. The banging, clanging and squeaking are all signs that your door needs attention.

At least once a year your garage door components should be checked, lubricated, tightened or replaced. This includes your door opener components.

As everyone knows the weather this fall and winter has been unbelievable. Which has allowed us to get a couple projects completed before the Snow and -50 showed up.

We were able to attach a new 28'x40' garage for a customer and get it all ready for siding for them.

And in Radville we renovated the outside of a house with, new board and batten vinyl siding, vinyl shakes in the gables, new soffit, fascia and eavestroughs. Jam caps to freshen up the garage door opening and to finish it off a new set of stairs for the back deck as the old ones were past rotten.

Some tile we installed after the solid surface counter top, then a new cap and bullnose for the bay window along with cabinet modifications and hardware to freshen things up for a kitchen update we did.

We have been busy this Spring. We took all the siding off of this house and replaced 2 exterior doors. This customer asked us to also build a nice large deck on the back and install a new patio door. We removed their old cement step on the front and replaced it with a new deck and stairs landing on the sidewalk instead.

We installed new vinyl siding, stone,soffit, fascia and seamless evetrough’s, Thermal Cork on the foundation. Have a look at this place now.
