🍎 To all teachers and support

In a time that may feel heavy, uncertain, and emotional, here’s a small support tool to help you pause, take a breath, and come back into alignment with what matters most.

I’ve been feeling like I wanted to help somehow… but honestly, I wasn’t sure what that could look like.
Everything feels heavy right now — especially for the teachers, EAs, and support staff doing their best in such an uncertain time.

So I sat down (with a cup of tea and probably too many deep thoughts 🤣) and ended up putting together something small — a few gentle pages called “For the Ones Holding So Much.”

It’s not fancy or overly “woo-woo,” just a quiet reflection and a few simple rituals you can come back to when life feels like a lot.
Something to read when you need to breathe and remind yourself you’re still doing okay.

And teachers… please no marking my spelling or layout, okay? This one’s from the heart, not the classroom 😂

There’s also a little fun idea I’m working on to bring some lightness and community soon — but for now, I hope this offers a few minutes of calm and care.
