For the second consecutive year, Dave Charette has achieved the remarkable feat of winning both awards based on the data from 2025!

COUNTING DOWN THE YEAR — LITERALLY!

It’s that time of year again — year-end inventory! Our team is busy counting, checking and organizing our inventory to make sure we’re ready to hit the ground running in the new year. Keeping a well-managed inventory helps us ensure we can continue supporting our customers and projects around the world.

Each year, we present a special award to the employee who submits the highest number of nominations for their colleagues for the opportunity to win Rysco Rockstar. We divide this honor between our office and field staff, granting two awards, one for each category.

In 2025, Sienna Ritz achieved an impressive total of 168 nominations, earning her the title of Most Nominations Given By An Office Employee. This remarkable accomplishment deserves celebration! We cherish the opportunity to acknowledge others and highlight their successes and contributions. Congratulations, Sienna!

This year celebrates a remarkable milestone—15 years of dedicated service by Dave Nutbrown at Rysco Corrosion Services Inc. Dave embarked on his journey as a dedicated field technician, immersing himself in the world of corrosion and nurturing his passion for learning to evolve and thrive within the company. Throughout the years, Dave developed into the Internal Corrosion Supervisor, mentoring new staff and developing the role into what it is today. His latest transition was to Project Specialist where he has led innovative solutions and has helped shape processes that greatly enhance our operational efficiency.

Witnessing Dave's transformational journey at Rysco has been truly remarkable, and we are incredibly proud to have him as part of our team.

We are thrilled to commemorate Dave Charette's five-year anniversary this year. Dave has been an invaluable member of our team, consistently demonstrating dedication and a strong work ethic while leading the Internal Corrosion Team to success and inspiring those around him. His expertise and genuine approach to mentoring those around him as been such a positive influence on our department, all while maintaining an incredible sense of humor that keeps the atmosphere light in both the office and the field.
