• The Sign: It is a large, iconic vertical neon sign featuring a crown and the text "Rolex Watches" at the top, spelling out "WARES" vertically, and finishing with a large, built-in functional clock face at the bottom.
• History: Wares Jewelers Ltd. operated in Stettler for 66 years before permanently closing at the end of 2014 when the owners retired. The prominent landmark sign was previously restored in 2002 and remains a preserved piece of local vintage roadside architecture on Main Street.
