Congratulations to Mr. Oshe Edwin on his Canadian visa approval!
This approval is a perfect reminder that no two applicants are the same.
Before we submitted his application, there was an important development.
I was preparing to submit his application on August 17, 2026, and reached out to him to go through his background history one more time.
That was when he told me he had just received a refusal from Germany.
I immediately paused and asked him to send me the refusal letter so I could review it before moving forward.
And this was not his first refusal.
Mr. Edwin had previously been refused:

At the time of submission, I informed him that IRCC’s processing-time update as of September 2 indicated approximately 80 days for applicants from Nigeria.
But guess what? 👀
IRCC made a decision in just 19 days!
This is why you should never compare your application to someone else’s.
No two applicants are the same. No two applications are the same.
Your job is to submit a strong, truthful, and well-prepared application. After that, you wait for the decision.

Your approval is a beautiful reminder that one refusal does not have to be the end of the journey.
