One of my favourite parts of learning is discovering a tool that changes the way I see people.
A few weeks ago, I completed my Enneagram Tools for Teams certification.
What stood out for me most is that the Enneagram isn't focused on behaviour. It looks beyond behaviour to the motivations that drive it.
Behaviour tells us what someone is doing. Motivation helps us understand why. When we understand the why behind the people around us, everything changes. We replace judgment with curiosity.
We stop assuming and start asking better questions. We begin to understand the person behind their behaviours, their words, their questions, and even their resistance to change. That shift changes conversations. It builds trust. It strengthens relationships.
That's why this work fits so naturally with Reflection Pathways.
I believe people don't need more answers. They need better questions.
The Enneagram is one of the tools I use to help people ask those questions. It creates space to pause, reflect, and better understand ourselves and one another. And when people work better together, the results naturally follow.
I'm excited to begin incorporating the Enneagram into my team workshops and to continue sharing what I'm learning about team dynamics, leadership, and communication.
If you know me, you already know I light up when I get the chance to talk about the Enneagram. 😊 If you're curious about your own type, or how the Enneagram can help your team better understand one another, I'd love to connect.
