Join our AWWWESOME team as a Senior Project Manager! You’ll help manage restoration and reconstruction projects while supporting clients through challenging situations.
This role combines project management, estimating, client communication and team leadership. You’ll help keep projects organized while supporting property owners, adjusters, clients and vendors.
What you’ll do:
✅ Manage emergency and rebuild projects
✅ Prepare scopes, quotations and Xactimate estimates
✅ Coordinate budgets, timelines, crews and trades
✅ Monitor progress and inspect workmanship
✅ Build strong relationships with clients and vendors
What you bring:
✅ Restoration/construction project management experience
✅ Strong estimating skills and proficiency in Xactimate
✅ Confident leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
✅ A commitment to communication, customer service and follow-through
✅ A professional and compassionate approach to helping people through challenging situations
Education and experience:
✅ Existing experience in project management preferably within the property damage restoration industry
✅ IICRC certification in WRT, FSRT, AMRT
✅ Minimum 5 years direct work experience in property restoration.
✅ Minimum Level 2 Xactimate Estimating Certification
✅ Excellent working knowledge of insurance industry
✅ Strong planning and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Goal-oriented with strong values
✅ Customer-focused
✅ Valid Sask driver's license required with clean Driver’s Abstract
The position offers $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Benefits include health and dental coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, an RRSP match and more.
