A STRONG START FOR HAYDEN PARIS! 🥅🔥
Hayden Paris is off to an impressive start this season with the Coastal Tsunami of the BCHC!
The BCHC, formerly known as the KIJHL, has developed a reputation as a goalie factory. Over the years, I’ve watched numerous goaltenders enter this league, perform at a high level, and earn opportunities in stronger leagues, where they’ve continued to find success.
Hayden is making the most of his opportunity. He’s getting plenty of starts, earning the trust of his coaching staff, and delivering strong performances.
What stands out about Hayden is his competitive nature. He’s a natural athlete with excellent mobility, strong coordination, and attention to detail. More importantly, he’s willing to put in the work. He shows up every day, competes, and continues to improve. The results speak for themselves.
But one of the biggest reasons behind Hayden’s success is simple: He went where he was wanted.
The organization wanted Hayden, and Hayden wanted to be there. That’s one of the best recipes for success in junior hockey.
When a player always has one foot out the door, it’s difficult to stay focused and fully commit to the process. Hayden has done the opposite. He’s embraced his opportunity, earned his coach’s confidence, and is being rewarded for it.
Hayden has a bright future ahead of him, but there’s still plenty of work to be done.
