Business portraits are one of my FAVORITE things to photograph, and you NEED to have your photo on your business card so people can know who the heck that card is from after they get home.

Facebook told me that people are looking at my page here! So I decided to look at it to see what they were seeing and what I see is that I haven't posted anything in here for almost an ENTIRE YEAR! ;D I've been taking all kinds of wonderful photographs of people all year! I'm just really bad at posting stuff on Facebook! Here you go! I put in a new order of business cards with Western Litho. If you live in Regina and have not got them to do any printing for you yet, then please give Deb a call! She'll be super good to you!

This is the amazing group of Help Portrait Volunteers who are members of PPOC-SK (Professional Photographers of Canada - Saskatchewan). All Canon peeps except one! We will still let him hang out with us! (with Ron, Andrea, Greg, and Lisa)

Photographers love to take group photos to test settings and skills/techniques while waiting for clients to show up...and to remember all the awesome folks they worked with for the day!

Yesterday was my 4th year as part of the massive volunteer project photographing families with "Help Portrait YQR"!

Help Portrait provides opportunities for families who would otherwise not be able to afford professional portraits... they could pick out clothes to wear and keep (donated by Value Village), get their hair and make up done (looked amazing!!!), portrait taken, and then enjoy a snack while their image was being retouched, and printed for them to take home with them right then.

I haven't been that goofy for a long time! The things you'll do to get a smile! 😎
Olaf toque, my Rubber Chicken, and this year a stretchy ball was part of my bag of tricks!

Spending the day judging the Professional Photographers of Canada (Saskatchewan and Manitoba) image competition! I'm the only "Craftsman of Photographic Arts" on the judging panel, with the rest of them "Masters"! We went through a lot of amazing images today!!! This was my first time judging and my brain hurts! 😆 .... but I loved it!
