Icon notification numbers create aniexty. What is your number? What kind of emails are you receiving?
Most often we are subscribed to stores. They send us emails in sales, we then get sucked into those sites and buy stuff we don’t need, possibly adding to credit card debt, filling our house with more … all leading to overwhelm aniexty and often guilt.

Stop the process.. unsubscribe, reduce the notification numbers, reduce unnecessary buying, reduce the clutter, reduce the aniexty.

Next time your in a store and they ask for your email kindly say “no thank you”

House feeling fuller then ever after all the extras brought in by the holidays.. so it goes “new year new you” .. to make room for the new the old needs to go.. what’s hanging around taking up space in your home that needs to go?

Overwhelmed?! Time to declutter..whether it’s the mind, the schedule or your lists!!

It’s that time of year where we feel we have so much to do, the schedule is filling with places to be and people we need to meet. The baking, the shopping, the wrapping, the planning, the prepping.. the list seems endless .. give yourself permission to stop and take a minute.. really consider what you don’t need to do.. create space and time for the things that are truly important to you!
Less is always more!

Try to keep it simple this Christmas! Christmas clutter is real!! As you are setting up your Christmas decor, it’s a great time to do a quick declutter. Evaluate what is broken, what you no longer enjoy and what you no longer use. Pick out your favourites.. clear the out the rest.. keep it simple.

These words ring very true to me. It wasn’t long ago that I was overwhelmed all of the time, I had allowed my life to be filled to the brim and over flowing with too much .. packed schedule, too many projects and when things got really hairy and just needed to relieve the overwhelm, I would buy something new for the house or my wardrobe, only adding to the “too much”. By reducing the extras around us, it opens up space to rediscover the things we truly love and allows us the time and energy to do them. Let me help you create some space in your life. Call me.
