🚨 June 1 already… half of the year almost gone.
আপনি কি এখনো “ঠিক সময় আসলে শুরু করবো” বলছেন?

Time কারো জন্য অপেক্ষা করে না.
You either use it… or you lose it.

অনেকেই ভাবছেন—
👉 “এখন না”
👉 “সময় নেই”
👉 “আরেকটু ভাবি”

কিন্তু সত্যিটা একটু কঠিন—

⛔ Perfect time বলে কিছু নেই.
⛔ আপনি অপেক্ষা করলে time থামবে না.
⛔ আপনি না শুরু করলে কিছুই বদলাবে না.

আমি একটা জিনিস বুঝেছি—

💡 Time freedom আসে decision থেকে.

Not from wishing. Not from waiting.

🚨 You didn’t come this far just to stay stuck.

From all walks of life…
Different countries. Different backgrounds. Different struggles.

Yet some people are moving forward. Building something. Changing their life.

What’s the difference?

It’s not luck.
It’s not timing.
It’s not even logic.

Because the truth is…

People don’t take action based on logic.
They take action based on emotion.

In this digital space, I see it every day—

People show interest.
They ask questions.
They say they want change…

But then—

“It’s not the right time.”
“I need to think about it.”
“Maybe later…”

And nothing changes.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

You don’t need to convince people.
You just need to help them see clearly.

Ask better questions.
Create clarity.
And urgency will come naturally.

I experienced this myself.

I knew about Rawan Redwan’s Better Together event in Calgary this September.
I wanted to go… but I was in that “I’ll decide later” mode.

Then I watched a replay of a training.

Suddenly—everything clicked.

The urgency.
The energy.
The fear of missing out.

I stopped overthinking.
I just took action.

Now I’m in. And I’m excited.

Because the most powerful part of this journey isn’t just income…

It’s who you become in the process. 💫

Stronger.
Clearer.
More confident.

And that changes everything.

আমি যখন Canada তে আসি তখন শুধু নিজের জীবন নিয়ে ভাবতাম।

কিন্তু যেদিন থেকে বাচ্চা হলো — সব বদলে গেল।

এখন শুধু নিজের জন্য না। ওদের জন্যও ভাবতে হয়।

Ian, Mariam, Saihaan — এরা এখানে জন্মেছে, বড় হচ্ছে। এরা Canadian। কিন্তু আমি চাই এরা জানুক ওরা কোথা থেকে এসেছে। বাংলাদেশের শিকড়। আমাদের culture। আমাদের ভাষা। আমাদের দ্বীন।

এটা সহজ না।

স্কুলে ওদের বন্ধুরা এক রকম। বাড়িতে আমরা আরেক রকম। ওরা দুটো দুনিয়ার মাঝে বড় হচ্ছে।

কখনো কখনো মনে হয় — আমি কি ঠিকমতো পারছি?

Ramadan এ রোজা রাখা শেখানো। Eid এর আনন্দ ধরে রাখা। Quran পড়ানো। হালাল হারাম বোঝানো। এমন একটা দেশে যেখানে চারপাশে সব আলাদা।

Faith টা শুধু বলে শেখানো যায় না। দেখিয়ে শেখাতে হয়।

তাই আমি নিজে hijab পরি। নিজে Quran পড়ি। নিজে দোয়া করি ওদের সামনে। নিজে সততার সাথে জীবন কাটানোর চেষ্টা করি।

কারণ ওরা আমাকে দেখছে। সবসময়।

এটাই সবচেয়ে বড় responsibility।

Successful career। Financial freedom। এসব important। কিন্তু আমার বাচ্চারা যদি জানে আল্লাহকে কীভাবে ভালোবাসতে হয়, নিজের identity নিয়ে গর্বিত থাকতে হয় — সেটাই আমার সবচেয়ে বড় achievement হবে।

Looking at this… I realized something deeply personal.

Most of these roles…
I didn’t just dream about them—
I lived them.

Cashier.
Sales rep.
Server.
Corporate employee.
Mom. Wife.

Showing up… even on days I was exhausted.
Smiling… even when life felt heavy.

And if I’m honest—
There were moments I felt stuck.

Like no matter how much I worked…
I was still trading time for money.
Still missing moments.
Still putting my dreams “later”…

I kept asking myself—
“Is this it?”

But deep inside… I knew I wanted more.
More time.
More freedom.
More control over my life.

That’s when things started to shift for me.

I stopped seeing my past roles as “random jobs”
And started seeing them as preparation.

Because every skill I learned…
Every struggle I faced…
Led me to building something of my own today.

A business that doesn’t limit me to ONE identity.
A system that allows me to grow, earn, and still be present for my family.

And I’m still becoming… 🌱

So if you’re feeling stuck right now—
Like you’re doing everything but still not moving forward…

Maybe this is your sign.

You’re not behind.
You’re being prepared.

P.S. Except being a Doctor I have done all other roles! You never know what you are capable of until you try.
And.. why then doctor role is there? I used to say when I was young and everyone asked l, what do you want to be when you grow up? To keep up with the societal programming I would say, a Doctor (not that I really wanted to be one).
