At 5:30 AM, our 24/7 mobile dispatch received a call from our good friends at Security about a burglary alarm at an equipment facility.

Our mobile patrol arrived within 10 minutes to find the doorknob broken and the door open. Since it was clear a crime had occurred, police were immediately called, and our guard began a full perimeter inspection for damage and trespassers.

A short time later, a homeless individual was found in a tent near the property. He admitted to attempting to enter the building just to warm up — but our guard had arrived before he could get inside.

After police took him into custody, our officer stayed behind to help clean up the area — including safely removing a large container of used needles and dismantling the makeshift shelter.

It’s not always about catching “bad guys.” Sometimes, it’s about protecting property, preserving safety, and responding with professionalism and compassion.

That’s what we call the Tribal difference. 💪

TRUTH: Security guards aren’t bystanders — they’re trained professionals with real responsibilities and legal authority.

Here’s what our licensed guards can legally and professionally do:
✅ Clear trespassers off your property
✅ Stop and detain thieves
✅ Perform citizen’s arrests when lawful
✅ Use reasonable force to protect people or property
✅ De-escalate conflicts before they turn serious
✅ Secure and preserve crime scenes until police arrive
✅ Provide first aid or emergency assistance
✅ Safely pick up and dispose of used needles

Our team is trained to act — not just watch.

They call it bookkeeping, but let’s be honest — it’s more like financial detective work. 🕵️‍♀️

Meet MaryAnn, our Chief Chaos Cruncher — the tiny Ledger Legend who’s been turning coffee into balanced books like it’s 2006. ☕📚 She’s the one who sends out your invoices and your paycheques — so trust us, no one wants to see her grumpy side. 😅

Oh, and fun fact — she’s Scott’s mom, which officially makes her the heartbeat of our Tribe. From reconciling chaos to keeping us all in line, Mary Ann makes sure everything adds up — literally.
