A little playroom reset! 🫧🧺🧸

Being more intentional with our playroom is something I’ve really been focusing on as I learn more about the importance of play, especially for our neurodiverse kiddos. Keeping things simple, easy to access, and organized can make such a difference in how kids explore, engage, and play. 🫶🏼

After going through everything, we’d love to add a little more variety for different types of play! Right now, we’re on the hunt for dolls/people figurines, books, and animals. 📚🦔🕊️

If you have any toys lying around that your kiddos have outgrown or that could use a little more love, we’d be so happy to take them off your hands! 🤍

Feeling extra thankful today for all of our incredible families, kiddos, and the people who make 2nd Home what it is. We truly don’t know where we’d be without you all. So grateful for this little community we get to call family. 🫶🏼

In 2018, the Sask. Party promised $5,000 in funding to children with autism under the age of 18. For families like Vanessa’s, the breaking of that promise is leaving her scared for her future.

Vanessa Rodriguez was told that she will only get funding for her autistic and non-verbal until he turns 12. This year alone Vanessa was already forced to pay $12,000 out of pocket to give her son the care he needs.

After 20 years of Scott Moe and the Sask. Party, people are sick and tired of the lies, scandals, and mismanagement.

Families like Vanessa aren’t asking for special treatment, they are simply asking that this government live up to the promises they made them.

It’s time for change.

She’s officially a Registered Nurse!! 🩺🤍

After a lot of hard work, figuring out who I am, and finding what I truly want to do along the way, I am so happy to finally say I made it. 🥹

I’m so thankful for all of the people who supported me, encouraged me, and helped me get here. I’m beyond excited to start my career and continue helping more kiddos in our community. 🫶🏼🧸💕
