Another great morning at Science Connections at the Science Centre!

Heartland was proud to sponsor refreshments for this month’s session, where Dave Loos, Director of Community Programming at the Science Centre, delivered a fascinating and accessible presentation on Artificial Intelligence. From understanding what AI really is to how it shows up in our everyday lives, the discussion was engaging, thought-provoking, and incredibly relevant.

We especially appreciated the open conversation around important topics like job impact, misinformation, and environmental considerations, along with practical ways to think critically and stay informed.

What an amazing milestone 💛

I had the opportunity to chat with CTV yesterday about the first 9 months of Heartland Senior Consulting and what a journey it’s been.

In that time, I’ve helped families navigate everything from urgent placements to downsizing and planning ahead, always with the goal of removing stress and making the process easier.

As we head toward our one year mark, I’m so grateful for the families who have trusted me to walk alongside them.

With Easter coming up, a gentle reminder: when visiting loved ones, take note of any changes. The best time to make a decision is before it becomes a crisis.

I always cherish the opportunity to share the story of Heartland Senior Consulting and how I support loved ones and their families as they navigate the vast ocean of senior living options. These conversations are so meaningful, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside families during such important decisions.
