Canning season has begun. After I’m done swimming lessons with the kids I will be busy making jam!

First up will be:
Strawberry
Strawberry rhubarb
Strawberry mango
Peach mango

Keep and eye out for when they are made! Should be at farmers market in 2 ish weeks but if that doesn’t work let me know and I can arrange to drop some off!

Enjoy the hot week, I know I will be while at the pool!

Got myself a new product sign for the craft sales coming up! We will be in Reston at Christmas in the Country Market Oct 1st, Splash of Christmas Craft & Trade Show Nov 18 and in Melita December 2 for the banana days craft sale! Make sure to come find us for your holiday jams and jellies!! We will have pickles too!

It’a been a busy summer of making product! Let me know if you would like anything. Pickles will not be ready until October, I’ll post once they are good to go. I’m not organized enough to sell them yet.

It’s been a busy late night of pickling. People always ask when I find time to make everything, well let’s just say my late Saturday nights are a little different now then they used to be.

Happy to get some more jars made up! Thanks to Sandy Soil Farm and Gardens for the garlic, they have been my garlic supply for a couple years now!! Also shout out to all my dill people helping me out this year, it’s been challenging to say the least.

Caught up on my cucumber pickling, 7 dozen jars in the dishwasher to sterilize while I go to bed. Jam to be made in the morning!

I’ll will keep you posted once the pickles are ready in about 6-8 weeks!
