Prévost Architectural est à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Service Clients pour soutenir nos opérations et assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle dans un environnement manufacturier dynamique.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur des opérations en coordonnant les commandes et les projets entre nos clients et nos équipes de production, d'ingénierie, d'estimation et d'expédition.
🔹 Votre quotidien
✅ Assurer le suivi des commandes de la réception à la livraison
✅ Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements de l'usine
✅ Vérifier les inventaires, les délais de production et les échéanciers
✅ Soutenir les clients dans la réalisation de projets commerciaux, industriels et résidentiels
✅ Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus

✔ Expérience en coordination de service client en milieu manufacturier (ESSENTIEL)

Prévost Architectural is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support our operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations by coordinating orders and projects between our customers and our production, engineering, estimating, and shipping teams.
🔹 Your day-to-day
✅ Monitor orders from receipt through delivery
✅ Work closely with the various departments within the plant
✅ Verify inventory levels, production timelines, and project schedules
✅ Support customers in the ex*****on of commercial, industrial, and residential projects
✅ Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes
🔹 We are looking for
✔ Experience in customer service coordination within a manufacturing environment (ESSENTIAL)
✔ Excellent ability to manage priorities and follow up on multiple tasks
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Bilingual in French and English
