Before a sign leaves our shop, we check three things:

✨Fabrication & finish: clean, consistent and ready to represent your company well.

✨Lighting & electrical: LEDs and electrical components are tested before shipping.

✨Install readiness: extra paint, screws, bulbs and other project-specific essentials are included where needed to help make installation smoother.

Good fabrication does not end when the sign leaves the shop. It should arrive ready for what comes next 💯

Each custom channel letter was fabricated in-house, then moved through assembly, wiring, testing and final preparation before the signage was ready to leave our shop.

This wayfinding sign for Humbertown Shopping Centre moved through every stage of production in our facility. From fabrication and assembly to paint preparation, finishing, and final quality checks, each step was completed by our in-house team before the sign was prepared for delivery.

This project is a great example of why fabrication matters 💯

Large-format aluminum cabinets like this aren’t just folded together. Every curve, return, joint, and opening has to be fabricated to spec so everything that comes later, from paint to lighting to installation, fits exactly as intended.

It’s one of those jobs where precision isn’t optional. Whether we’re building for an end client or fabricating for another sign company, we enjoy taking on projects that push our team’s skills.
