We are all in this together... WE ARE ALL ONE
It’s more evident than ever we NEED one another and DEPEND on each other.
This VIRUS DOES NOT CARE whether you’re Republican or Democrat, what country your from, man or woman, your ethnicity, preferences, old or young...
We are all ONE.
Please reach out to each other and check in on one another and ask if there’s anything you can do.
Please realize your personal behavior affects others. If you are a young person and become infected, although you may possibly show no symptoms... you can spread this to people whom you could kill.
Please abide by the guidelines of social distancing… This is one of the things you can do to most greatly contribute to your fellow brothers and sisters in the world (don’t touch hands like my picture is showing here 😳)
I know many of you are hurting, down, and very scared right now… Just know that I am praying for you and I also believe there’s a COLLECTIVE POWER TO PRAYER… If you are a praying person, I ask you to please pray for a quick resolution to this challenge.

YOU DONT HAVE TO BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK!
NOT all of your THOUGHTS are TRUE. Just because you have them, doesn’t make them true.
You don’t have to act on all of your EMOTIONS either...
The QUALITY OF QUESTIONS you ask yourself has a lot to do with the thoughts you have and the emotions you experience.
Perhaps, asking yourself.....
“What is this event trying to teach me personally?”
I realize this is difficult right now… But it is critical that you control your THINKING and your EMOTIONS and you do this by asking the right questions.
“Who can I help right now?”
“How can I move my body to make sure my state is as high as possible?”
In all events… We are stronger together… And I want you to know that I am here for you… And we will get through this.
REMEMBER:
YOU were BORN to do something GREAT with your
LIFE...In big and small ways.
Today think and act greatly ...Do all you can. Even the seemingly smallest thing may make a huge difference for someone else🙏🏽
