Last week, our Senior Leadership Team stepped away from the office for an offsite in Prince Edward County, hosted at the beautiful Drake Devonshire.

Together, we created a Charter of Respect, aligned on our values and brand promise, and set bold goals for where we’re headed next. These conversations remind us that when we lean into openness, respect, and purpose — we can achieve truly great things.

Of course, it wasn’t all work — we shared meals, walked by the lake, and made space for laughter and connection. The perfect balance of strategy and togetherness.

As we mark Canada’s Healthy Workplace Month, this retreat was a powerful reminder that when we invest in people and culture, we unlock the best in each other.

This year, our team walked over 631 km in honour of Chanie Wenjack and the children whose lives were forever changed by residential schools. 🧡

Together, we raised $2,635 for the Downie Wenjack Foundation — and Mayhew is proud to match that contribution, bringing the total impact to $5,270.

Walking for this cause reminds us that reconciliation is an ongoing journey — one step, one story, one action at a time.
