Justin Pollari — A Property For Sale, And A Race Against Time

We can now account for almost every hour of Justin Pollari's final day on December 7, 2001.
A restaurant earlier that day. A friend's place where people saw him drinking with other teens.
The Community Hall later that night — where his father came in and forcibly removed him. The moment he returned. A play-fight outside that gave him a cut lip. A ride home from two friends.
We've also confirmed something the original investigation never did: the abuse Justin was living with at home — confirmed by a teacher, a school principal, and a childhood friend who spoke to him two months before he disappeared.

And now we need help, urgently.
A property has been identified — confirmed by Justin's mother as one his father used — where a witness who worked there believes Justin is buried. That property is currently for sale.
If it changes hands and is disturbed, evidence could be lost.

We're preparing a formal OPP submission. This is the moment that matters most.

Justin Pollari | A Property For Sale, And A Race Against Time

When this investigation began in March, we had a 24-year-old case that had been written off as a runaway. Today we have something very different.

We can now account for almost every hour of Justin's final day on December 7, 2001 — restaurant, friend's place, Community Hall, the moment his father came in and forcibly removed him, the moment he returned, the play-fight outside that gave him a cut lip, the ride home from two friends. All of it built from witnesses who came forward independently and whose accounts now line up.

We've also established something the original investigation never did: a pattern of abuse confirmed not just by family, but by a teacher who taught him, by a school principal who was concerned, by a childhood friend in another town who spoke to Justin two months before he disappeared.

And now we have something genuinely urgent.

A property has been identified — confirmed by Justin's mother as having been used by Justin's father — where one of our witnesses, who worked at that property, is convinced Justin is buried. That property is currently for sale. If it changes hands and is disturbed, anything that may still be there could be lost.

We are preparing a formal OPP submission. We need it to move quickly enough to matter.

This is exactly the moment a small private investigation needs support to do what's normally only possible at a much larger scale.

Every dollar Lori has directed through the GoFundMe goes to keeping this work going.

One open question you may be able to help with: between the time Justin left a friend's place in Hilton Beach earlier that afternoon and the time he arrived at the Community Hall later that evening on December 7, 2001 — we don't know what time he left, who he was with, or how he got there. If you know anything about that window, please reach out.

Justin would be 39 years old today. We are closer than we have ever been.
