Personal Pathways provides the space for clients to talk openly about their concerns and feelings with a trained counsellor. The Practice involves developing a therapeutic and trusting relationship, communicating and creating a dialogue to overcome problematic thoughts and behaviours while acknowledging what is working well in one's life path.
