Project Feature: Fleetwood Village 2
Group 161 is proud to have contributed to the design of Fleetwood Village 2, delivering 230 homes across two 6-storey buildings within Dawson Sawyer’s broader masterplan vision for Surrey’s growing Fleetwood neighbourhood.
The full development includes six buildings in total, with two already completed and occupied, three currently under construction, and one planned to start in the next phase. The central landscaping and site areas are also progressing, shaping the shared spaces that will anchor the community.
Anchored by a generous courtyard shielded from the street and a sun-filled rooftop garden, the design prioritizes livability, connection, and family-friendly community spaces.
