In 2023, I decided to make some changes to my daily routine. I wanted to be more intentional about my days.
One of the ways to do that was to read more and learn how I could become a better version of myself. It also helped lessen my mindless scrolling on social media, which I realize is a real time waster.
I searched for book recommendations and this book kept showing up on all the lists. I was travelling at that time and happened upon a bookstore. They had the book right at the window (front and centre) so I popped in and picked up a copy. I couldn’t wait to read it!

some of my previous posts and stories that I carried this book with me whenever I went. It was a really good read.
I picked up some significant lessons on how I could make small changes to help develop proper habits, which I’ve now started applying to my daily life.
