Please send me a private message if you have items that you would like me to auction. Greater Moncton Sports Auctions will list up to 50 items per auction per client
Auctions will start on Wednesdays (12:00 AM) with all items being added
on under "view pinned post" at the top of the group site. Bidding lasts from Wednesday to the following Tuesday at 9pm (bids still count for 59 seconds after the clock turns 9:00) to bid on any item listed in that week's auction. Any bids after 9:00:59 pm do not count. Only the Admin will post items for sale. If you post something it will be deleted. Buyer agreement
- There will be a minimum bid for each item posted) Minimum bid of 0.25¢ increments ( bids under .25¢ will not be accepted. If you bid, you are not able to revoke your bid.
- Payments are cash only
- All auction items are final sale & are sold as is where is.
- If items are not picked up within the listed pick up times, you will be removed from the group
- There are absolutely no refunds for items you purchase so once it’s paid for it is yours. Seller agreement
- All items are considered as consignment so 35% goes to auction and 65% to seller (no actual listing fees will apply) .
- Auction items for team Fundraisers will be subjected to a reduced 25% consignment fee to the auction with the remaining 75% to the seller or group. All other auction rules will follow the same guidelines as regular auction items.
- If your items did not get bid on, it will be your choice of picking up your items or have Greater Moncton Sports Auctions re-post them on next auction. If not picked up, the remaining items will be donated to a charity of Greater Moncton Sports Auctions choice
- Greater Moncton Sport Auctions will accept all items that are sports related (ie. sporting goods, sports cards, Sports related clothing, Sports related home decor with the exception of large furniture ect...).
- Items for sports team fundraisers will be listed as such and can be items other than just sports related. (Inbox us for full details)
- No pets, stained clothing, or broken items. All items should be from a smoke free home.
- Items MUST be packed in sturdy boxes or plastic totes to be easily stacked. Greater Moncton Sports Auctions will not accept items not in boxes or totes .
- Greater Moncton Sports Auctions are not responsible for any damages done to an item while in my care, however much precaution will be taken to avoid this.
