🌟 We’re back with our Employee of the Month celebrations—with a summer edition! 🌟
With so much happening this summer, we put our monthly recognition on hold—but our crew’s hard work certainly didn’t stop! Please join us in celebrating our Employees of the Summer! 👏
⭐️ Brenna – Efficient, hardworking, and always fun to work with! Brenna brings a great attitude to the team and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and tackle a challenging job. She’s a talented cleaner who works efficiently while taking pride in the results. Her willingness to jump in, take on new tasks, and help get the job done was especially appreciated during such a busy summer. Thank you, Brenna, for your hard work and for making the workday more enjoyable for those around you!
⭐️ Jayden – Our water extraction trooper! Jayden took on the extraction van this summer, playing an important role in our flood response. He’s also a great teacher who takes the time to share what he knows and help others learn. His friendly personality and easygoing approach make him a great person to work alongside, especially during demanding days. Thank you, Jayden, for stepping up this summer and being such a positive presence on the crew!
⭐️ Charles – Keeping us organized through the summer rush! When things get busy, having a clean and organized shop makes a big difference, and Charles helped keep everything in order. He’s always eager to lend a hand wherever he can, and his willingness to support others doesn’t go unnoticed. Whether he’s tidying the shop or helping the crew with the next task, Charles is someone we’re glad to have on our team. Thank you, Charles, for all the work you do to keep things running smoothly!
⭐️ Peyton – A great teacher who takes the time to show new team members the proper way to do things! Peyton’s willingness to share his knowledge helps others build confidence and develop their skills. He has also been doing an excellent job with his work orders, keeping them clear, legible, and detailed. That care makes it easier for everyone to understand what was completed and what still needs attention. Thank you, Peyton, for supporting your teammates and putting care into both your work and your paperwork!
⭐️ Ethan – Stepping up and doing an outstanding job as a lead! Ethan took on a lead role this summer and has shown a strong commitment to the work and his crew. He pays attention to the details and stays focused on seeing his jobs through to completion. Taking on more responsibility during such a demanding season is no small task, and we appreciate the effort he has put into the role. Thank you, Ethan, for your leadership, dedication, and everything you’ve done to help the team this summer!
