Their flagship IPA Bone Tree is a must-try, and will be showcased in my tasting sessions. They not only make great IPA’s, but their lager, stout and sour game is top shelf! Partner spotlight: from Toronto ON 🇨🇦 are doing some very legit things! Their Lagerbier Hell tastes just like you would expect the can art to taste, very proper! Reminiscence Mexican lager is very true to the style and a great, crushable example, Super Dry Japanese rice lager is so crisp and quenching, and Driftin’ west coast IPA is a great example of the new hybrid style, all showcased 🍻

It is a very true-to-style example of the style and offers a honey, herbs, slightly fruity and crusty bread nose, moderate body, moderately low effervescence, the palate echoes the nose and a moderate plus bitter grainy finish…not sure if you feel like a lager or an ale? Reach for a kölsch!
