I used to schedule my day off...
And then spend the ENTIRE day thinking about everything I might have forgotten.
Did I set that reminder? Did I write that down? Is there something I'm missing??
My body was resting... but my mind never actually clocked out!
Here's what changed it for me:
ONE calendar. ONE rule.
If it's not written down, it doesn't get to live in my head anymore!
That's it.
That's the whole system. And the relief of finally trusting it instead of my own memory... it's real!
