Carol graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. After graduation, she practiced for 10 years in mixed animal practice, first in Strathmore then in Westlock. A strong interest in and focus on horses led her to establish an equine practice first in the Westlock area, then in the countryside of Millarville, just south of Calgary, followed by Smithers, BC, and most recently in back in Westlock, AB.
