On a boat console, a spa shell, or a premium panel, it's the details that carry the whole build — the depth of a surface, the colour holding true, the edge finishing clean. At Orion Plastics, that's where the work goes: co-extruded caps for surface depth and UV hold, colour monitored at the point of extrusion, gauge and finish held to spec run after run. An Acrylate Styrene Acrylonitrile polymer co-extruded over an ABS base gives you UV stability and colour-hold on the surface with the impact strength of ABS underneath — built for RV, marine, automotive, and agricultural exteriors that live outdoors.
