π Multiple entry temporary resident visas will be valid for up to 3 years or the length of the personβs passport validity, whichever comes first.
π Since December 21, 2023, fee-exempt study permits and open work permits are available for immediate family members of Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
π Priority Processing for Permanent Residence Applications: IRCC is prioritizing the processing of both existing and new permanent residence applications for Palestinians within family-based streams.
π IRCC will carefully monitor program volumes and the evolving situation to ensure Canada continues to meet the needs of the affected population.
