A curated space to work on the things that tend to get pushed aside: quiet time, focused work, and a playful twist. Are you a business owner with a list of things that have been sitting on your to-do list for a while? This is the space to finally move them forward.

Get It Done @ NABI is a focused work session where we pick the theme & the food - you bring the work you’ve been putting off & make real progress on it.

No workshops. No networking. Just dedicated time to work on your business, alongside others doing the same.

1. Start with a quick check-in to decide what you’ll work on
2. 90 minutes of uninterrupted time (earplugs provided)
3. A quiet, focused room where people are actually getting things done
4. There’s no agenda beyond making progress. Just a simple structure to

You’re welcome to leave once you’re done, or stay to keep working while you have the space.

Bela is alive today because her family knew CPR.

Michelle and her son Will saved Bela’s life inside their home during a cardiac emergency by using CPR skills and acting quickly in one of the scariest moments imaginable.

A family that started as clients have become such dear friends to Fast Beats, and helping raise awareness for Long QT Syndrome means so much to all of us.

Long QT Syndrome (LQTS) is a heart rhythm disorder that can lead to dangerous irregular heartbeats, fainting, seizures, or sudden cardiac arrest.

During this complimentary community event, Michelle and Bela will be sharing their story and helping raise awareness about why learning CPR matters so much.

❤️ Complimentary hands-on CPR & AED training will be provided during the event in honour of Bela.
