I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to Canada Post. We are grateful for their existence, as a small business in rural Saskatchewan.
For example, I locked myself out of our online account today. I called the helpline and a human answered right away. A human. On a Sunday!
Also! Their shipping costs are substantially lower than courier shipping costs, which is a huge deal in rural Saskatchewan. I’m not sure if that’s a rural thing, but it makes a big difference to our small business.
And! The folks at our local Canada Post office are kind. They haven’t even sent back parcels that don’t have our PO Box number on them. (We’re trying to get better, I promise!)
In a world of people trash talking other people and businesses, I simply wanted to point out what Canada Post is doing well. It means a lot!
