A question we keep coming back to lately:
Are we, as an industry, getting better at learning — or just faster at reacting?
Between regulation, technology, customer expectations, and market pressure, insurance professionals across functions are being asked to adapt constantly. Yet very little space is created to compare notes across underwriting, claims, distribution, tech, and leadership.
The real advantage going forward may not come from tools or frameworks, but from how openly we learn from each other’s experiences — what worked, what didn’t, and what surprised us.
