Cab Franc, from grape to glass. 🍇🍷

Right now, our Cabernet Franc grapes are ripening on the vine, changing colour, developing sugars and getting ever closer to harvest. That fruit will become some of our team’s favourite wines to come (big Franc fans around here) and, if we are lucky, find their way into your glass.

From my vineyard to your glass, that journey is one of the best things about making wine.

Come by the winery to enjoy a tasting pour, or a glass of one of our Cab Francs. We are open daily.

🐾 ALL DOGS ARE WELCOME. 🐾

Yes, really. All of them.

Bernese Mountain Dogs may be the honorary guests of the Berner BBQ, but we have no breed restrictions, no size restrictions and no requirement that your dog has ever met a Bernese Mountain Dog.

Big dogs. Little dogs. Fluffy dogs. Short-haired dogs. Dogs with fancy names and dogs who answer only to “HEY, COME BACK HERE.”

Bring them all. ❤️

Our 5th Annual Berner BBQ is happening Sunday, August 30 from noon–4 p.m.

🍖 Southern-style BBQ by Smoke & Moonshine
🎶 Live acoustic music by Michelle Hedley
🍷 Wine on the patio
🐾 Vendors for people and pets, plus Niagara Pet Rescue
🐶 An entire winery lawn full of very good dogs

Admission is FREE and no tickets are required.

All dogs must be well-behaved and on leash. Please bring a water bowl and blanket for your pup.

And if you are coming without a dog? You are welcome, too. There will be plenty of dogs to admire.
