Years ago, we sold a Thanksgiving Survival Six Pack with six w**es and recipes to match each w**e/part of the Thanksgiving and accompanying recipes. The w**ery team firmly believes that Sue-Ann's "recipe" to accompany our Baco Noir is not only one of the funniest things she's ever written, but also SPOT ON.

Turkey Leftovers on the Couch
2019 Bank Barn Baco

Ingredients:
All your leftovers

Method
1. Assemble and heat leftovers in a manner pleasing to you and you alone, because you cooked that gorgeous feast yesterday and probably didn’t eat much of it at the time because someone always has to get up to get more gravy or find the good ladle or check that you didn’t leave the stove on under the mashed potatoes because it would be a sad thing to burn such perfect mashed potatoes and anyway that someone was you SO NOW IT’S YOUR TIME TO ENJOY THE FRUITS OF YOUR LABOUR.
2. Open bottle of Bank Barn Baco Noir (aren’t you glad it’s a screw cap?) and pour large glass.
3. Settle down on couch with food and w**e and enjoy!"

Thanksgiving Weekend is almost here! 🍂🍷

Planning a visit to the Benchlands this weekend? Come see us!

We will be open Saturday, Sunday and Thanksgiving Monday for w**e tasting, retail shopping and patio service. Whether you are stocking up for the holiday table, looking for a bottle to bring to dinner, or simply want to enjoy a glass of w**e surrounded by the fall colours, we would love to see you.
