A winner of the 2017 Canadian International Organ Competition, Dr. Chriss is celebrated for his grace, skill, and artistry at the organ. His performances have taken him across North America and Europe, with appearances in Stockholm, Montreal, Germany, and at renowned venues like Princeton University Chapel and the Spreckels Organ Pavilion. He has also been featured at the national convention of the American Guild of Organists.

Currently serving as Assistant Organist at Trinity Church, Wall Street, Dr. Chriss brings a dynamic blend of classical excellence, gospel roots, and jazz influence to every performance.

Congratulations to everyone at the Church of the Incarnation on the dedication of their newly renovated Aeolian-Skinner organ!

We extend our gratitude to all who worked to bring this project to fruition. In particular, we would like to offer special thanks to the Hampson Albert Sisler Foundation, whose generous support made this renovation possible, and to Dr. Thomas Re**er, Director of Music and Parish Administrator for his outstanding guidance and dedication throughout the different stages of this rather complex project.

We would also like to acknowledge one of our voicers, Raphael Ashby, who played an excellent dedication recital, exploring all of the new colors of the renovated organ.

C’est un rendez-vous !

Orgues et patrimoine - un premier concert à Saint-Hyacinthe

Le samedi 6 septembre, dans le cadre de l’événement Orgues et patrimoine présenté par le Centre d'histoire de Saint-Hyacinthe et la MRC des Maskoutains, Henry Webb, récipiendaire du deuxième prix du prestigieux Concours international d’orgue du Canada en 2024, interprétera quelques pièces de son répertoire à la Cathédrale de Saint-Hyacinthe.

Entre les morceaux de musique, Anne-Sophie Robert et Martin Ostiguy feront connaître des organistes ayant marqué l’histoire de Saint-Hyacinthe et de la région.

Le concert débutera à 19 h 30. Aucune réservation n’est requise. L’événement est gratuit, mais il sera possible de faire des dons pour soutenir la Fabrique.
