Do you recognize these two guys? This was back on May 20th, around 6:40pm. If they could kindly come back for their BBQ (and odds and bods) that they dumped on our property it would be greatly appreciated. We think the license plate is CYL 355 on their black F150.
Small rant: As a small business owner the amount of illegal dumping in the city can be extremely frustrating. We have more than enough signage to indicate EXACTLY what we can accept (if not too much signage).
We get oil, industrial paints (expensive to get rid of), car parts, batteries, bbqs, beds, general garbage, light bulb tubes, etc. It never ends. Some of it leaks everywhere, some of it might be from someone trying to fix a septic tank (or smells like it at least), and NONE of it makes sense to drop off at a BOTTLE REDEMPTION CENTRE.
I appreciate when you pull up to the depot it can appear like a mess out front day to day, but its nearly impossible to stay on top of all of it. I could post almost everyday, but it feels pointless at times.
Please, just read the signs, or better yet, refer to Fundy Waste's "Where It Goes" wizard, you can enter anything and get an answer on where it is accepted in the general Saint John area:
