Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un Revêtement en poudre - Peintre pour se joindre à notre équipe. La personne sera responsable de la production, de la qualité, de l'entretien des équipements.
VOS RESPONSABILITÉS :
• Aider à gérer tous les aspects du processus de peinture (nettoyage, préparation de surface, peinture, soutirage, etc…);
• Dépannage des problèmes de peinture;
• Maintenir la zone de travail et garder la zone propre et organisée; responsable de l'entretien des équipements et de la zone de travail;
• Doit comprendre la qualité et l'épaisseur de la peinture et être capable d'ajuster l'équipement en conséquence;
• Gérer les opérations telles que les matières entrantes et sortantes; délivrance de matériaux; rayonnage de pièces;
• Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité ;
• Effectuer toute autre tâche au besoin;
VOS COMPÉTENCES :
• Forte expérience dans tous les aspects du processus de revêtement par poudre
• Bonne capacité de communication ;
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
• Atout : à l'aise avec les ordinateurs

We are currently seeking a Powder coater - Painter to join our growing company. The individual will be responsible to lead production and training of our paint shop. The person shall be responsible for production, quality and maintaining equipment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Help manage all aspect of the paint process (cleaning, surface preparation, painting, racking, etc…);
• Trouble shooting of painting problems;
• Maintain work area and keeps area clean and organized; responsible for the maintenance of equipment and work area;
• Must understand paint quality and thickness and be able to adjust equipment accordingly;
• Manage operations such of incoming and outgoing materials; issuing of materials; racking of parts;
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are respected;
• Perform any other task as required;
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
• Strong experience in all aspects of powder coating process;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Asset: comfortable with computers.
