A little about me and the process

09/10/2026

I had to learn this. I grew up in a home with hoarders. It’s what I learned. For years it’s how I functioned. Then my friend Janis stepped in to help me clear the clutter. It was uncomfortable at first. I was resistant. With each clearing and creating of space, I noticed how it felt in my body. Clearing out my home also cleared out anxiety in my body. That was all the proof I needed to be a convert.
My experience makes me great at this job.
I understand how hard it is to let go of stuff.
I understand how overwhelming it can be to start.
I understand how life is busy and it can be hard to keep up with the sorting and the clearing.
I’d love to help you create calm in your home and nervous system.
No judgement
No shame
