1. Gentle Tummy Time: Helps build muscle strength and coordination.

2. Reading Time: Starting early with books can spark a love of learning!

3. Massage & Snuggles: Promotes bonding and relaxation.

As babies grow, their sleep cycles become longer, usually around 90 minutes by 6 months. They may still wake up, but can often settle back to sleep on their own.

👶🏼Stick to a consistent bedtime routine : bath, story, or lullaby.

🌑 Keep the room dark and quiet to promote better sleep.

🛏️Ensure that the crib is free from toys, blankets and pillows for safety.
