Our friend, Kevin Flynn, served as the Salmon Arm Council representative on the Downtown Salmon Arm Board for many years and was a true champion of our downtown and community. He brought passion, dedication, kindness, and a deep commitment to making Salmon Arm a better place.

Our thoughts are with the Flynn and Bartsch families, his friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Kevin. We share in your grief and will remember Kevin with great appreciation and respect.

With heavy hearts, the City of Salmon Arm acknowledges the passing of Councillor Kevin Flynn. We honour Kevin’s remarkable life, his lasting contributions to the community and send love to his cherished family and friends.
